Yonge and Dundas square in Toronto for the 2008 Luminato, festival

Luminato, an annual Toronto arts and culture festival, commissioned KPMB Architects to create their flagship installation. 250 spheres of around five feet in diameter, containing full-colour LED lights were hung above Toronto's Yonge and Dundas square.

We were tasked with creating the interaction for the installation, hanging microphones above the crowd to make the lights reactive to the audience.
